An exciting opportunity has arisen at the UK’s leading ovarian cancer charity within the growing fundraising team. Target Ovarian Cancer is a dynamic and fast moving charity dedicated to improving early diagnosis, finding new treatments and providing much needed support for women with ovarian cancer. This is an opportunity for an organised, focused and personable individual to drive community fundraising income through developing our portfolio of community fundraising products and delivering excellent stewardship to our supporters. Supported by the Director of Development, you will be responsible for implementing excellent supporter journeys, leading on cross organisational campaigns, and identifying new community fundraising opportunities. With experience of working to fundraising or sales targets and managing people and volunteers you will have excellent communication skills and a flair for marketing. Indeed this may be a great opportunity to transfer to the charity sector and bring your client account management and marketing skills with you. With an appetite for success and brilliant organisational skills, you will be just as comfortable picking up the phone to chat to a supporter, as preparing a forecast for the Director of Development ahead of a board meeting.
