Description
The key responsibilities of this Trust and Foundations Manager will be:
- Work on applications worth between £20k and £100k
- Utilise excellent researching and networking skills to identify possible funding opportunities
- Work closely with the prospect researcher to develop a robust pipeline of potential donors
- Initiate contact and meetings with new trusts and foundations
- Create and implement tailored stewardship journeys for donors
- Ensure all donor contact is accurately recorded on the donor database
- Manage your own individual pipeline to ensure you are on track to meet team financial targets

The person specification for this Trust and Foundations Manager will be:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to juggle complex projects and prioritise accordingly
- Proven experience within in a philanthropy/high value
- Ability to produce tailored, persuasive proposals
