Description

The key responsibilities of this Trust and Foundations Manager will be:

  • Work on applications worth between £20k and £100k
  • Utilise excellent researching and networking skills to identify possible funding opportunities
  • Work closely with the prospect researcher to develop a robust pipeline of potential donors
  • Initiate contact and meetings with new trusts and foundations
  • Create and implement tailored stewardship journeys for donors
  • Ensure all donor contact is accurately recorded on the donor database
  • Manage your own individual pipeline to ensure you are on track to meet team financial targets

The person specification for this Trust and Foundations Manager will be:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Ability to juggle complex projects and prioritise accordingly
  • Proven experience within in a philanthropy/high value
  • Ability to produce tailored, persuasive proposals
