A new opportunity has opened up at our client's Programme Delivery and Learning Department.

The Programme Delivery Manager (PDM) works closely with the Head of Programme Delivery to develop and implement programme delivery across the UK, feeding regional intelligence and knowledge into strategic plans.

Full time (35hrs/week)
Fixed term contract (12 months)

Our client is an education charity that puts film at the heart of children and young people’s educational, cultural and personal development. They are proud to say that over half of UK schools engage with their exciting programme of film clubs, cinema screenings, resources and training.

The PDM manages regional Programme Delivery Coordinators (PDCs), supporting them in their duties, and works closely with other PDMs and staff across the organisation, ensuring initiatives draw on expertise of other directorates to achieve a joined-up approach that aligns with targets and strategic objectives. The Programme Delivery Manager develops and maintains partnerships across their region and cascades information to their PDCs.

The successful candidate will develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and film organisations. The role involves managing regional and project budgets, including planning and day to day management across the financial year. It also involves gathering data and ensuring information about relevant partnerships, initiatives and activities is shared and tracked using Salesforce CRM, to ensure targets and wider strategic objectives are met and to provide relevant reports for the Head of Programme Delivery, the wider Leadership team and funders.
