Job Details
TPP have the pleasure of representing Brent, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind on their exclusive recruitment campaign for a new HR Manager.
After a HR restructure, they have found themselves in need of a HR Manager who is use to working within a small organisation in a generalist position. You will need experience reporting to the CEO and having to tackle large quantities of recruitment and employee relations.
Mind undergo lots of projects meaning they have a high turnover of contractual workers, so you will need to have experience in dealing with high volumes of onboarding and leaving meetings as well as a large quantity of TUPE.
You will have a part-time HR and Admin officer reporting directly to you, however she would be also working with the office manager and is only in the office 3 days a week. This means you must be more than happy to roll up your sleeves and deal with some of the more hands on duties.
For this role you must be available to interview early November, as well as be able to commute to Victoria Station.
This role is full time and at the salary £35,959.
