Job Details
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Assistant to join our CRM team and assist with the BHF's marketing and membership activities by providing effective data management, data retrieval and reporting.
You'll assist with regular jobs held within the Data Ops team, including clearing exceptions on regular data imports, running simple selections, etc. and be involved in importing and exporting data effectively into and from our central database -Blackbaud CRM.
Supporting the testing of data extracts and imports for campaigns, you'll also be involved in assisting with peer review, checks and data cleansing on data selections.
About you
You will have an aptitude to find solutions to achieve better ways of working and have previous experience of data querying and manipulation having worked within a busy charity or marketing environment.
With a good degree of data literacy and with some familiarity of relational database structures, data querying and manipulation you'll have a general understanding of direct marketing principles and customer/supporter care standards.
You will have excellent attention to detail matched by good problem solving attributes, prepared to take initiative on tasks. With excellent communication skills you'll have with experience of planning and prioritising your own workload to agreed deadlines.
