Lead on planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
Lead on customer journey mapping
Manage permissions strategies
Essential criteria for the CRM Manager:
Experience of developing CRM journeys in a complex organisation
Good understanding of customer relationship management databases
Experience of business process review and implementation of change
Good understanding of GDPR
