We are working with a well-known disability charity to recruit a CRM Manager; the successful candidate will have experience of developing CRM journeys in a complex organisation.

Main duties for CRM Manager:
Lead on planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organisation
Lead on customer journey mapping
Manage permissions strategies

Essential criteria for the CRM Manager:
Experience of developing CRM journeys in a complex organisation
Good understanding of customer relationship management databases
Experience of business process review and implementation of change
Good understanding of GDPR
