A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client’s vibrant and committed team. They are looking for a Scheme Manager to deliver high quality and valued services to their customers. The key responsibilities include Repairs, Estate Management, Tenant Liaison, Caretaking and Health & Safety.
They are looking for people who are driven and have a clear focus on delivering excellent services, are able to manage a variety of challenging tasks and thrive in a demanding but rewarding environment.
You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in domestic maintenance and repairs and maintenance of technical equipment. You must have a good understanding of health and safety requirements and have strong communication and problem solving skills and exceptional customer focus.
A full driving licence is essential for this role, a van will be provided.
