Our client has an outstanding reputation for excellence in palliative and end of life care. They support people in Cambridgeshire who are confronting life-limiting illnesses. Their positive and practical services deliver care, counselling and education, helping patients to live well and their families to live on.
They are looking for a Community Fundraiser to join their dynamic and friendly team who will play a rewarding part in the brand awareness of the charity.
Community Fundraiser
Hours: Full-time / Part-time, Some evening and weekend work will be required for which TOIL will be provided
Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (pro rata if part-time), dependent on experience
Contract: Permanent
Based: Cambridge
The post holder will take responsibility for the development and implementation of a range of fundraising activities. You will provide fundraising guidance and support for volunteer fundraisers and develop new fundraising opportunities and networks, ensuring the highest level of supporter care.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of developing and implementing fundraising strategies and ability to create motivating and inspiring proposals to volunteer fundraisers. Full driving license and use of own car (mileage will be paid) will be an advantage.
