Do you have an eye for commercial opportunities and a real passion for innovation?

We are looking for a Consumer Product Manager to play a leading role in discovering and developing exciting new products and propositions for the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) Retail Directorate.

You'll be involved from the point of development and approval of business cases through to the trial, evaluation and roll-out of new services and propositions for the BHF.

This role will be involved in projects ranging from the development of our House Clearance service, the establishment of a new service to appeal to organisations for unwanted assets and goods for resale. You'll also be involved in the development of a 'post back' service for the public, to donate valuable unwanted items for our successful eBay operation.

About you

You'll be an experienced product manager, developing successful multi-channel propositions and campaigns with nationwide brands. You'll have proven commercial and project management experience - with strong people skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external partners.

As a natural leader you'll develop strong working relationships with colleagues across the business and business partners.

With previous Project Management training and demonstrable project management experience, you'll have knowledge of 'Agile' ways of working, innovation tools and sprint methodology.

You'll have previous experience of successfully leading significant commercial projects with a business development/innovation focus, involving multiple partners. You will also have experience developing, presenting and gaining approval of businesses cases at a senior level.

Able to use your initiative, be influential and creative you'll be able to identify and seize opportunities raising the profile of the BHF.

Please note there will be travel required in this role.
