We're recruiting a Retail Campaigns & Marketing Support Manager to lead a range of core campaigns in Retail that will drive donated stock, volunteers and fundraising in high street shops and furniture stores, as well as providing local marketing and resources to support our operational teams.

You'll lead a team within the Retail Marketing team, working closely with digital, media and operations colleagues to develop strategies and deliver plans which will develop fundraising, stock generation and volunteering campaigns. You'll also provide teams with local marketing and engagement systems, resources and guidance, which will help to drive an increase in sales, stock and volunteers where needed, as-well as helping to increase shops connection at the local level to the charity and cause.

About you

With demonstrable multi-channel campaign management experience as well as knowledge of local marketing and community engagement you'll have excellent organisational skills able to prioritise and work on multiple projects concurrently with multiple internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Experienced at managing marketing campaigns and communications through digital, social and traditional channels you'll have excellent communication skills able to liaise and work with contacts across the country.

A self-starter, who motivates themselves and those around them, you'll have experience of successfully delivering nationwide campaigns - working with external agencies, suppliers and key stakeholders with a focus on customer insight and impact. In addition you'll be responsible for delivering local marketing solutions to over 740 shops and stores, as-well as managing wider charity communications and initiatives within the Retail estate.
