Job Details
Harris Hill are delighted to be working with a leading disability charity who are looking to recruit a Senior Digital Customer Experience & Engagement Manager. You would be responsible for the planning and implementation of clear, well-structured audience journeys in order to deepen engagement and to positively enhance their online brand.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring digital platforms are aligned with brand and communication strategy goals
- Developing robust segmentation models and representative personas, placing 'user' needs and goals at the heart of the experience
- Working closely with the Digital Content team, to develop the team and deliver a strong content calendar
- Bringing together key elements of the charities strategies, translating these into an actionable digital experience strategy, with development roadmap
- Ensuring processes across the planning cycle are optimised
In order to be successful in this role you must have the following skills/experience:
- Strong comms planner with the ability to develop engaging propositions and content ideas
- Demonstrable experience of strong project management underpinned with a recognised PM qualification
- Strong business analysis experience
- Strong digital strategy experience that covers audiences, online brand development and conversion rate optimisation
- Experience of working across a range of systems such as eCommerce and CMS
