If so, we’d love you to join our Community team developing and delivering a wide range of projects focused on participatory decision making, behaviour change and environmental improvements.

Location: Groundwork London offices in Waterloo and Acton with a requirement to deliver projects across London
Contract: 1 year fixed term with view to extend

Hours: 37.5 hours
Salary: £21,000 to £24,000 per annum

In this role you will shape and facilitate community/ stakeholder engagement activities, plan and deliver workshops and events, empower local decision making and work alongside our Landscape Architects to turn community-led ideas into on-the-ground green space improvements.

You will need to be a confident and effective project leader who is flexible and collaborative in working with others.  You will require excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively engage with residents, community groups, partners and funders.
