We are looking for an inspiring, motivated and innovative Associate Director of Operations.

This is a unique opportunity for you to join a successful and driven Executive Leadership Team in a highly influential position within the organisation reporting directly to the COO.
As an experienced and committed senior/executive level leader you will provide support to your peers and leadership to your direct reports. You will promote a commercially astute culture across the organisation as they drive towards their vision of being an entirely dignified and outstanding organisation.
It is an exciting time to join as this leading organisation pursues their ambitious strategy to innovate and expand their services in order to support and complement the strategic aims of the charity. They have a large operations portfolio. This role is ideal for a conscientious and driven individual who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in achievement of the vision.
The successful candidate will begin their journey in early 2019 due to the retirement of the current postholder.
