Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Reading, Burghfield Common

Hours: 35 hours per week

Working pattern: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Interview dates: W/C 22nd October.

We are recruiting for two Marketing and Admin Coordinators to work in our National Events Team.

As a Marketing and Admin Coordinator you will provide marketing and administrative support for the acquisition of participants for all National fundraising events.

In this exciting role, you will support the National Acquisition and Retention Manager to deliver marketing plans and offer the highest level of stewardship to event participants. You will also liaise with internal event organisers and external event managers to ensure smooth administration and delivery of all events.

In your application, you will need to evidence, using specific examples, how your skills and experience meet the criteria laid out in the person specification, within the Job Description below.

Requirements include;

  • Working with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication skills, time management and multi tasking skills
  • Experience in administration and customer services marketing support
  • Knowledge of fundraising and marketing databases.
