Salary Scale: St. Richard's Hospice Payscale Pay Point 13 - 14 (£26,406 - £29,112 per annum) dependent on skills, experience and qualifications


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to help lead a successful team and increase income through innovative campaigns and digital strategies. St. Richard's Hospice enjoys a strong brand and a high profile across Worcestershire and it's an exciting time to join as the Hospice plans to expand its services by 2020.

The right individual will be dynamic, innovative, and highly driven, with a passion for continual learning and development of new platforms and technologies. You will need to be an inspiration and mentor to others, alongside delivering own objectives and budgets around individual giving and strengthening the in-memoriam and legacy strategies.

Applicants must have significant experience of effectively managing a fundraising team and a proven track record of working to six figure budgets across a variety of income streams, campaigns and events. Strong interpersonal and written skills, alongside good data and numeracy skills for budget setting and analysis are essential.

Applicants must have a clean full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
