My client is a leading disability charity based in the City of London. They are looking for a standalone HR Manager to join their organisation.
The client is ideally looking for a CIPD qualified HR manager who has prior experience of being in a standalone position within a non-profit organisation. They have made it clear that the person must have worked within the third sector before to fully understand what they are going to need.
With around 100 members of staff and multiple offices spread around you will certainly have your hands full in dealing with all HR queries. As this is standalone you will need to be happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task at hand.
You will also need to support line managers with recruitment as well making any alterations to the payroll information for the outsourced company. You will be reporting to a Head of Resources who does have a background within Human Resources so will be happy to lend assistance with any senior employee relations case.
