Position: Senior Support Worker
Location: Southampton or Gosport, Hampshire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Flexibility, shift rota pattern will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays
Salary: up to £19,000 pa + OT up to £25k

About the role:

The Senior Support Worker will support the management team in developing and maintaining the organisation’s standards relating to Autism specific and person-centred practices. You will assist in the preparation of support and communications plans, ensuring consistent practices throughout each service user’s support network.

The Senior Support Worker will also assist in managing the service effectively, maintaining high standards of care and support.
