Appointment of CEO, Action on Elder Abuse (AEA)

The Board of Trustees are seeking to appoint a new CEO to lead Action on Elder Abuse (AEA) to the next stage of development.
This is an exciting opportunity to join AEA to provide transformational and strategic leadership to an organisation which has been established for over 21 years.
We are seeking an experienced senior executive who has demonstrable change management experience within the charitable environment in this favourable yet economically challenging time. You will provide robust leadership to AEA and build on the significant growth and development of the charity in recent years.
AEA is at a key point in its journey which provides an excellent opportunity for an energetic and inspirational leader to make a real change. You will be results driven with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication to the mission and goals of AEA. You will be highly motivated to lead and encourage a national staff team and together with a supportive Trustee Board, you will work collectively to achieve positive advancement.
You will have a desire to make a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable, abused, older people.
