I am working behalf of a leading national children's charity who are looking for an experienced fundraiser to join their mass participation team in a more strategic role. You will be required to review and develop the event portfolio through supporter journey and evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enhance the participant experience to ensure that the experience surpasses expectations in order to maximise revenue generated.

Review and develop the supporter experience

Review and develop all marketing strategies for events and products

Research and identify new opportunities and build on existing activities in order to expand the event and product portfolio

Support and review event and product evaluations and make sound commercial recommendation

Develop relationships with key stakeholder's from across Fundraising



Experience required:

Event management experience and project planning experience

Experience of success in contributing to an organisation's strategy

Highly developed ability to verbally convey information, including fundraising pitches and project updates to a range of audiences in a clear, inspiring and confident way to achieve desired outcomes.

Ability to identify opportunities and to research and evaluate their viability

Experience of success in a customer focussed environment such as fundraising, sales or marketing

Excellent organisational skills
