A great opportunity has arisen for a temporary Partnerships Co-ordinator for a national charity in order in order to coordinate membership and ensure the correct agreements are in place and will coordinate activity to support the development of the campaign. This will be a temporary 3 months contract based in London.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Coordinate an application process which recommends new members to share the proceeds of this years appeal
Ensure that all members are fully aware of, agree to and comply with the terms of the GLA grant agreement and the membership agreement.
Ensure good communication so that members are aware of what is happening.
Coordinate involvement of members in the development of the campaign e.g. providing content, approvals of materials such as web content and press releases
Coordinate involvement of members in and support for the launch of the campaign and on- going publicity through winter
Coordinate the use of Team London to promote volunteering opportunities across all members of the group
Organise and attend meetings to support decision making and effective communication
Maintain constructive working relationships with all those involved in the campaign and appropriately escalate areas of conflict or significant problems.


In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience of managing time and workload effectively and successfully completing work to deadlines.
Experience of taking a lead in developing and sustaining partnerships with external organisations
Experience of organising and administering meetings or events
Experience of providing excellent customer service
Ability to encourage, motivate and negotiate in order to achieve the objectives of the project.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken the role will involve liaison with staff from other organisations.
A self-starter, capable of working independently when required.
Good administration skills including using Microsoft Word and Excel.
