This leading housing association is part of the G15 and seeks to make a difference to provide housing opportunities for those in need.


  • Managing all marketing and activity for shared ownership and outright sales homes
  • Working closely with the Regional Sales Managers to devise and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Leading on specific scheme advertising campaigns and strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting on progress and effectiveness of targets and proposing action plans in line with progress findings
  • Supporting website development and management (ensuring web content is up to date), social media, digital marketing
  • Leading on design and set up of show homes and sales suites, as well as supporting sales PR, events and awards activities including the delivery of regional conferences and events
  • Reporting on campaign performance and presenting insight to marketing and internal stakeholders
  • Sourcing, selecting, appointing and managing key suppliers
  • Working with external agencies to produce all marketing materials for the organisation's developments
  • Generating high quality leads for live and forthcoming developments
  • Working collaboratively with external and internal stakeholders on brand, PR and key messaging
  • Support processes for turning initial enquiries into viewings and liaising with the sales team on viewing appointments
  • Working closely with the sales teams to drive performance
  • Managing scheme specific budget forecasting, management and reporting
  • Responsibility for one direct report and managing their performance and development needs



  • Experience in successfully managing marketing campaigns in the property sector across an organisational matrix environment
  • A strong track record in utilising a range of communication tools and channels effectively, particularly digital and social media
  • Excellent communications (proof reading and editing) and interpersonal skills to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience managing suppliers, including procurement, setting KPI's and managing their performance
  • Solid experience of working with developers, house builders, consultants, and agents
  • Experience of setting up site sales suites and show homes
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to a wide variety of audiences and first rate proof reading and editing skills
  • Experience of meeting short and longer term deadlines for brand development and marketing material production
  • Experience of manging staff and team budgets
  • Proactive self-starter who's able to bring new ideas to the organisation
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with an ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability and desire to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation

Job Offer

This organisation is looking to offer a salary of between £42,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
