Prospectus is proud to be partnering with a national organisation to recruit their new Individual Giving Manager. This organisation exists to promote and support the work of voluntary carers across the UK, and they acknowledge that all carers require information, support and recognition of their individual's needs. The Individual Giving Manager will be responsible for recruiting, retaining and cultivating relationships with donors across a range of individual giving channels, including cash and regular gift. You will work with the Director of Fundraising and Communications to ensure stewardship and cultivation of all donors is delivered to the highest standard possible and long term, mutually beneficial relationship can be sustained.

The selected candidate will have demonstrable experience across a range of individual giving channels and a clear passion for the cause. You will be comfortable communicating with a range of audiences in various mediums and you will develop an individual giving strategy alongside committed team members.
