Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with a national children's charity to support in their search for two new Supporter Giving and Engagement Managers. This is an exciting time to be joining their Supporter Engagement Team (Individual Giving) as they continue to expand. Each Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager will lead on a particular supporter group - this advert describes one of the two roles available.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Giving and Engagement, the Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager will be responsible for building long-lasting and profitable relationships with the organisation's younger supporters. This role will involve using mostly digital channels to communicate with this audience. Responsibilities will include delivering multi-channel campaigns to engage supporters in activities such as digital fundraising, challenge event marketing, volunteering and campaigning to increase their 'lifetime value'. This role will also be involved in the development of a new acquisition campaign, and line management of one Supporter Giving and Engagement Officer.

The organisation is looking for candidates with experience working in digital fundraising and individual giving or regular giving within the beyond profit sector. The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager and line manager, with direct marketing and digital marketing experience. The organisation is looking for someone with strong communication skills, good numeracy/data skills and a passion for the supporter engagement and their journey.
