Prospectus is excited to be collaborating with a national children's charity to support in their search for two new Supporter Giving and Engagement Managers. This is an exciting time to be joining their Supporter Engagement Team (Individual Giving) as they continue to expand. Each Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager will lead on a particular supporter group - this advert describes one of the two roles available.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Giving and Engagement, the Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager will be responsible for building long-lasting and profitable relationships with the community groups, churches and schools. This role will involve working on high profile, cross organisational projects including Christingle and Carol Singing products. Responsibilities will include delivering multi-channel campaigns. The Supporter Giving and Engagement Manager will work closely with the Community and Groups Team as well as the Church Engagement Team and will line manage two Supporter Giving and Engagement Officers.

The organisation is looking for candidates with experience working in direct mail/marketing and individual giving or regular giving within the beyond profit sector. The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager and line manager, with direct marketing background. The organisation is looking for someone with strong communication skills, good numeracy/data skills and a passion for the supporter engagement and their journey.
