I am currently looking for an outstanding Hub Coordinator for a brand-new team based in a well-established London University. I am looking for a bright and energetic individual to start immediately and support the executive Director in this is an exciting opportunity. You will be responsible for coordinating and organising all the operations and processes related to the hub.
To be the primary contact of the Hub's Guests, mentors, service providers, board members, instructors, entrepreneurs, internal and external stakeholders and staff.
Responsible for coordinating and organising all the operations and processes related to the hub such as: Guest tiers, Guest records, Guest Entry requirements, use of space and resources, meet-ups, meeting room management and workshop calendar.
Act as the primary point of liaison for internal university departments such as academic schools and colleges, marketing, IT, finance, health and safety, enterprise team and the alumni office etc
Coordinate the advisory board activities, including organisation of meetings, agendas, secretarial support, and the distribution of minutes.
Support to the Executive Director and the Hub Development Manager to recruit and manage a temporary staff to assist with administrative tasks and support to events.
Offer general office support such as finance administration, data management, printing, answering phone calls and helping with mass mailings to Hub Guests.
