Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time applications for 22+ hours also considered)
Salary: £25,463 pa
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Employer’s Pension Contribution: 6%
Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

This role is crucial for supporting the delivery of a high-quality service. The role-holder will be tasked with ensuring that all Citizens Advice Telford & the Wrekin volunteers are trained for their roles. They will contribute to the development of training and the systems supporting it, and deliver training internally and externally.

We are looking for someone with good skills around developing and delivering training in a variety of ways, knowledge of working with volunteers, a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service and an excellent knowledge of the processes and systems which under-pin our work.

The Deadline for applications is 9am on Tuesday 23rd October. We expect to short-list that day and contact people about their interview time by the end of the day. The interviews are likely to be on 29th and 30th October. (Please let us know if you cannot make either of those two days.)
