We are looking for an experienced leader in health, care and support services gained in a housing, supported housing or care and support setting.  With a passion and drive to inspire, you will lead the development and growth of our housing and support service offers to older and vulnerable people ensuring we achieve outcomes tailored to individuals’ needs. 

You will have experience of strategic partnerships, third-sector style funding, commercial and social enterprise and will be accountable for service development across these areas. 

In addition you will be a self-starter who thrives in an agile environment, has a natural ability to lead and inspire teams, first class communication and customer service skills and an ability to develop long term business relationships and networks in the local community.
