Job Details
The TPP Fundraising and Development team are supporting a fantastic medical research charity with the search for an interim Senior Trusts Manager. Providing maternity cover for approximately 12 months, you will be joining at an exciting time of growth.
In this role you will manage the overall growth of the Trusts, Foundations and Statutory portfolio for the charity. You will manage a small team (of 3) with responsibility for identifying, researching an cultivating new sources of income, whilst also developing and maintaining strong relationships with current donors.
To be considered you will require demonstrable experience and knowledge of best practice relating to trust and statutory fundraising and a track record of meeting and exceeding personal and/or team targets - ideally having secured 6 figure and/or multi-year gifts from trusts. You will have extensive knowledge of the trusts marketplace, be a strong communicator and relationship builder, and have experience of using a charity CRM. Flexible working options will be considered.
