This is an exciting new post for the Starfish Group. Supporting the CEO and Board you will take on the active management of all current Community Projects as well as contribute to the dynamic growth plans that feature both geographical and service extension and expansion.

You should count yourself an experienced, focused and creative manager with a commitment to the values and principles of individual and community transformation through social, psycho social and educational strategies.

Hands on experience of team management, the third sector, bidding and tendering processes and an active interest in community transformation would be ideal.

The post holder will be expected to travel between all current community projects as well as being ready to expand services into new areas across the UK.
