Description

  • Development and deployment of brand awareness campaigns to existing audiences to demonstrate the organisation's support
  • End to end brand project and campaign management, collaborating with internal teams and agencies, including the design process, system and agency approved supplier list
  • Use insights and Member research to develop a clear and consistent experience of the brand for all audiences
  • Collaboratively generate workable concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns and multi-channel communications across online, print promotions, videos and events
  • Work closely with other Creative staff in an effort to share ideas, trends and other creative topics to build a creative community of designers and marketing people
  • Oversee and review all projects from concept through completion
  • Build and develop strong international relationships
  • Line management of a Brand Marketing Executive
  • Management of the Brand budget

Profile

Essential

  • Demonstrable end to end planning and project management skills
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability develop and maintain effective client relationships and be an effective business partner
  • Experience using tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness and provide recommendations
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders to gain consensus and drive projects through to a conclusion
  • Experience working within a commercial environment and ability to manage a busy workload and work to strict/conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to develop integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels and markets
  • Strong writing and communications skills with ability to articulate and present creative concepts and technical information logically, both internally and externally
  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping
  • A collaborative, proactive and flexible approach

Desirable

  • Knowledge and understanding of professional bodies
  • Design experience
  • Degree educated in Marketing/Business discipline or similar
  • CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing or similar

Job Offer

  • Salary of £36,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
