Send a Cow is a growing and dynamic international development charity providing training, and ongoing support to smallholder farmers in Africa. We give poor families and communities the hope and the means to secure their own futures from the land, in line with our vision of a confident and thriving rural Africa.  

The Partnerships Team is a looking for an experienced relationship fundraiser to join the Major Donor Team. This varied and rewarding role will suit someone who is excellent at developing relationships, networking and responding to donor motivations. The successful applicant will inherit a portfolio of committed Send a Cow supporters to steward on their supporter journey using bespoke communications and inspirational events to deepen their interest. The team has an ambitious goal to increase annual income by broadening our geographical reach and involving our donors and their networks in innovative thinking and project design. The successful candidate’s focus on engaging new supporters will mean they are able to travel throughout the UK to meet people and build their interest and trust in Send a Cow.
