Senior Training Design Officer

A national STEM focused young people's charity are recruiting for three Senior Training Design Officers to work as part of the Head Office's learning team in order to develop key learning resources for over 14,000 young people and 9,000 volunteers across the country.

There are two permanent roles and one 6month contract available covering different specialist content but all of which aim to be innovative, inspiring and engaging to both adult volunteers and the young people going through the experience.

These roles would be perfect for someone with a strong background in education and/or youth development as well as having a strong track record of designing and developing innovative training solutions for (ideally) education programmes and projects.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including volunteers, and the ability to work with and motivate volunteers to support their training development work.

As someone who has excellent project management skills, with the ability to work to time, quality and budget, and the ability to work as a team to achieve excellent and innovative training solutions these roles will be great opportunity to develop impactful training content to help change the lives of young people across the UK.
