Prospectus are looking for an exceptionally organised editorial professional with practical knowledge and experience of the full publications process. Sitting within a newly established and dedicated team of inspiring and creative professionals, this is a permanent opportunity to succeed within one of the UK's incredibly progressive and innovative national healthcare charity's.

Collaborating closely with the Publications Manager, you will be involved in the coordination, production and delivery of the organisations diverse portfolio of external publications. This includes everything from their flagship magazine, to educational content, medical leaflets, printed health guides and newsletters. You will actively oversee a database of designers, copywriters, photographers and printers to ensure that key milestones are met and delivered to a high standard, while also building effective and productive relationships. This person will also be involved in reviewing and repurposing existing content to drive awareness and increase engagement and conversion through their online and offline channels.

The successful candidate will be an innovative and collaborative editor with hands on publishing experience, comfortable working with a wide range of people including freelancers and designers. We are looking for an individual who is confident having editorial responsibility as well as driving publications forward to completion, therefore it is essential you have excellent organisational and time management skills while also being able to proactively prioritise your own work.
