Blenheim is an established charity that provides support to drug and alcohol users, their family and carers. We support people to make lasting changes to their lives. We believe in people’s capacity to change. Blenheim provides recovery services across London and is working in partnership with Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust to providing an integrated service in the London Borough of Enfield.

We offer support for individuals to make positive, healthy changes to their lifestyle, particularly relating to their drug and alcohol use. The Service is spread across two sites and consists of a multi-disciplinary team providing a range of interventions, including substitute prescribing, 1:1 key work sessions, group work, Criminal Justice work, and aftercare. The Service provides a peer mentoring programme, volunteering and Education, Employment and Training opportunities for service users.

Blenheim are recruiting a full-time Employment, Education and Training (ETE) Lead for this Service.

This front line post will carry a caseload of clients, and will support, motivate and challenge service users to identify their own needs to help them maximise the chances of finding employment, tailored to individual needs, through a variety pathways including education, training, work placements and volunteering using personalised diagnostic skills. You will make links with local ETE agencies and refer service users into these and support them to maintain these placements.
