Charity Shops Retail Operations Support Manager

Our client is a charity which provides high quality specialist care and education to individuals with epilepsy and severe neurological conditions. They are based just outside Much Hadham, in a lovely parkland location. 

Position: Retail Operations Support Manager 
Location: Perry Green, Much Hadham, Hertfordshire (Commutable from Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow, Saffron Walden, Stevenage, St Albans and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 
Salary: £20,219 per annum

Our client operates a chain of 11 charity shops centred in and around Harlow and Bishops Stortford, in which the above role has been newly created to support their Retail Operations Manager.

About you: 

The post will have a particular focus on increasing the level of income generated from Retail Gift Aid. You will need to be a strong proactive leader, who is able to motivate teams of staff and volunteers, thus enabling improvements to support increased revenue. The successful post holder will need to travel to each of the locations, therefore a full driving licence will be required.
