Project Co-ordinator (Property / Regeneration)
It is an exciting time to join our client in Wellingborough. They have a strategic urban extension underway and one ready to start, with further ambitious plans to regenerate their town centre and respond to the changes required for future housing and commercial growth.
Position: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (Commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Bedford and surrounding areas)
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £21,074 per annum (with the potential to earn up to £25,463)

About the role:
They are looking for a number of people to become part of their small property and projects team, responsible for developing and delivering projects as well as promoting the town and borough.
This role will work with the Project Manager to co-ordinate projects and will focus on managing small town centre projects and the promotion of the town centre including organising events.
About you:
You will need experience of working with a range of people internally and externally to deliver a project or initiative. Alongside this you will also need good organisation, literacy, numeracy and communication skills.
If you have the skills and commitment to shaping and delivering their town centre, they would very much like to hear from you.
You may have experience of the following: Project Co-Ordinator, Development Co-Ordinator, Housing Development, Property Development, Property Development Manager, Project Management, Building Regulations, Regeneration, Regeneration Project, Town Planning etc
