Project Manager (Property / Regeneration) 

It is an exciting time to join our client in Wellingborough. They have a strategic urban extension underway and one ready to start, with further ambitious plans to regenerate their town centre and respond to the changes required for future housing and commercial growth. 

Position: Project Manager 
Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire (Commutable from Northampton, Kettering, Bedford and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Temporary 3 years Fixed Term Contract 
Salary: £28,221 per annum (with the potential to earn up to £33,136)

About the role: 

They are looking for a number of people to become part of their small property and projects team, responsible for developing and delivering projects as well as promoting the town and borough. 

This role will project manage all elements of identified projects, including specialist consultants and contractors bringing the project in on time and budget and to the design and standards required. 

About you: 

You will need knowledge and experience of delivering property and or / regeneration related projects, commissioning specialist services, monitoring contracts and managing a multi-disciplinary project team. 

Alongside this you will also need good organisation, literacy, negotiation, numeracy and communication skills.
