The Senior Policy Analyst is a key role focused on our policy and public affairs work. Based in the Policy & Communications team and working across the organisation, the role will build relationships with politicians, policymakers and stakeholders; lead on developing policy positions; write papers, articles and blogs

We are looking for someone with expertise in policy-based research analysis, an understanding of evidence, and knowledge of learning, skills and / or employment policy. You will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record in different forms of written communication styles. You’ll also need to work across the organisation, and be flexible and adaptable.
