A Leading Children's charity is currently seeking 2 x CRM Import Officers to join their team in central London over the build up to the busy Christmas period.

Key accountabilities:

  • Supporting the loading of Christmas imports, ensuring that all data is accurate and loaded to schedule
  • Merging organisation and contact records to ensure there is just one record per supporter
  • Supporting the Import & Integrity Execs with any manual corrections required on the CARE_ng database
  • Meeting set targets to ensure visibility to the teams within Fundraising of the performance/status of imports
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, e.g. correct capture of Gift Aid Declarations, true & proper capture of Data Protection preferences
  • Supporting the running of well-established imports to upload data onto the CARE database so that all supporter transactions, preferences, contact details and other data are continually updated and always accurate
  • Managing your own work, balancing routine tasks with more complex projects so that both achieve their goals.
  • Rigorously deliver complex, detailed work so that there are no mistakes

Person Specification:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of relational databases. Knowledge of the CARE database would be an advantage
  • Proven experience in carrying out repetitive work to a high standard
  • Thorough attention to detail, ensuring complete accuracy, even when under pressure
  • Good problem solver, able to offer suggestions for improvements to processes or identify when something is not working correctly
  • Resourceful, flexible with the ability to prioritise heavy workloads to meet tight deadlines
  • Skillful at managing own time and ensuring everything is completed to schedule with Complete accuracy
  • Reliable and hardworking with a positive outlook
  • Excellent and proven communicator with the confidence to speak up, ask questions to gain a full understanding of the task required, or when have a suggestion to make
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong numeric and verbal reasoning skills
