Union Chapel Project (UCP) are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join our team. The person would be a key member of UCP’s Leadership Team, responsible for financial management, HR and operations for the charity and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with experience of all main elements of running a finance function, including management and statutory accounts production and budget setting.

A recent masterplan exercise has identified a phased series of conservation and building projects totalling £16m. We are looking for a Finance and Operations Manager who can support the board to plan for our exciting next stage of development and successfully deliver UCP’s ambitious plans.
