Network for Africa (N4A) is a registered charity that works with communities in post-conflict recovery, supporting people to recover from trauma and rebuild their lives. It has projects in Rwanda, Sierra Leone and northern Uganda. Understanding that recovering communities can be faced with a multitude of issues such as PTSD, anxiety and depression, we offer counselling services and referrals for serious mental disorders. Working with international project partners, we focus on these areas:

  1. Increasing provision of mental health services

  3. Increasing take-up of mental health services
  4. Encouraging mental health service users to advocate for improved mental health interventions
  5. Supporting recovering mental health service users to retrain and set up income generating businesses and reintegrate into their communities.
