With proven experience delivering engaging sessions you will be confident at developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business. You'll have excellent communication skills and be experienced at training and mentoring non-technical staff in a variety of formats including classroom, workshop, 1:1 and webinars.

You will have an open and approachable training style, able to use your initiative and be experienced at developing and adapting course programmes and schemes of work to suit your audience. No two days will be the same as you'll work to inspire and lead others to achieve results and ensure our workforce have the skills and knowledge to use key systems and programmes easily and confidently.

Based at our head office in Mornington Crescent, easy walking distance of Euston and Kings Cross St Pancras stations this role will require some travel to other BHF sites.
