However, we know that there is much more to do if we are to realise our strategic aims and we are now seeking an exceptional candidate to join our leadership team as our first Director of Operations and Finance.

This new role has been created to enable us to strengthen our focus on operational excellence, accelerate our adoption of digital technology and maximise our resource base. The successful candidate will have a passion for improving operational effectiveness, strong business acumen, a track record in supporting organisational change and the insights and experience to drive digital transformation.
