Prospectus is delighted to be working with this health organisation to recruit their new Head of Supporter Development on a maternity cover contract basis. Working across the entire organisation, the Head of Supporter Development is responsible for delivering purpose and goals to ensure strong, relationship based fundraising is at the heart of everything that your colleagues do. You will have strong fundraising skills across a range of revenue streams and will sympathise with and understand the shifting priorities and projects of fundraisers. You will be an excellent influence internally and will have strong project management skills.

The organisation are looking for people who excel at building relationships with a range of people and who demonstrate integrity and high levels of resilience. This candidate will be flexible and have a passion to deliver results. You will work as part of One Team to deliver One Target by building strong, effective and collaborative relationships across the Income and Engagement teams, and more widely across the wider charity, that put building long term supporter relationships at the heart of all you do.
