We are delighted to be working with a health based membership organisation, who support their members through examinations, training and professional development. They are currently recruiting for a temporary Business Development Manager until 31st December 2018, with the possibility of the role being extended until September 2019.

This is a new role within the organisation and this is a fantastic opportunity to make the role your own. You will be responsible for engaging corporate partners and identifying corporate partners and alternative revenue streams.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative thinker who is sales orientated and has experience of generating income for events, conferences, exhibition and sponsorship sales. You don't necessarily have to come from the charitable sector, but you will have an understanding of the environment in which they will be working. Experience of sales and B2B marketing, understanding social media and other marketing channels and the ability to generate cold leads and business pipelines is also required. Finally you will have experience of sourcing sponsorship and the ability to create business proposals.
