Head of High Value Giving
Salary: £38,776 - £45,619
Full time: 35 hours per week
Based in Knowsley
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and friendly fundraising team and bring your considerable knowledge and expertise to an organisation willing to invest in its income generation team.
The Job:
The Head of High Value Giving, will lead the development and implementation of a High Value fundraising strategy that offers opportunities to secure gifts from individuals, trusts and foundations and legacies through attracting prospective new donors, cultivating prospects and providing excellent pipeline and stewardship of existing donors.
The role will report to the Director of Income Generation & Engagement and will lead a small specialist team responsible for delivering a strategy that drives significant income growth from existing and new supporters, as well as developing a robust pipeline of high value support.
The Ideal Candidate:
A leader, with ambition and a track record of performance in high value partnerships, including individual major donors and trusts and foundations, with the ability to work credibly at the very top level. Articulate, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and tenacity.
Ideally, you will have a successful track record in growing income from major donor fundraising with the ability to translate vision into compelling stories and cases for support.
