We are looking to recruit two Telephone / Initial Assessors to help deliver our Adviceline telephone service and front line assessments.
This is a diverse role and you’ll not be expected to know it all. We train all our assessors, which helps in developing the skills needed to deliver an excellent level of service to our clients.
You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative. You need to be confident with keyboard skills, including searching the internet. You will have a commitment to the Citizens Advice Aims and Principles. Applications from trained Citizens Advice assessors are particularly welcome.
