Prospectus is excited to be partnering with a leading youth charity to recruit their new Fundraising Manager. This organisation exists to enable and empower young people to lead healthy, safe and happy lives through breaking the cycle of violence. The Fundraising Manager will play a vital role in developing programmes and activities to raise much needed funds from both individuals and through community engagement.

The Fundraising Manager will lead on the planning and implementation of supporter journeys for all individuals in the regular giving portfolio. The Manager will also manage and develop the organisation’s calendar of challenge events, recruiting and supporting teams of supporters and providing superior supporter care. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, the Manager will also support on other revenue stream development including major donors and volunteer groups.

The selected candidate will be an excellent community fundraiser with the ambition and drive to secure a role within a rapidly expanding and successful organisation. You will have experience of delivering supporter journeys across a range of channels and will be adept at developing excellent donor retention strategies. You will be dedicated to youth engagement and support and will understand how to operate in a small and engaged fundraising team.
