Internal Communications Coordinator
This fantastic homeless charity is looking for an internal communications professional to come and join their team. Within this role you can look forward to playing a key role in building a positive, engaged culture among their staff who are based around the South of England. You will be coordinating and promoting effective channels for internal communications that a relevant to the organisation, its goals and day to day work of their staff. You will be working on the further development of the intranet system, alongside other internal communications channels, promote and embed best practice for internal communications, build and develop key relationships with internal stakeholders and help to increase staff engagement, including events and ways to improve staff feedback.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have internal communications experience
- Have experience in content management for internal communications
- Have strong stakeholder engagement experience
- Have some event management experience.
