Trainer / Implementation Lead (Social Enterprise) 

Triangle is the social enterprise behind the Outcomes Star, the most widely used tool for measuring and supporting change across the housing, health and social care sectors. 

Position: Trainer and Implementation Lead (Account Manager) 
Location: West Midlands / London (Home based with regular travel across England and Wales) 
Job type: Full Time, 12 months Contract 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Salary: £32,000 per annum

About the role: 

We work with our clients to enable the people they support to achieve their highest potential through developing and supporting a suite of tools for promoting and measuring personal change called the Outcomes Star. The Star is widely used in the 3rd sector, housing, local and health authorities in mental health, homelessness, vulnerable families etc. 

We are looking for 2 experienced workers, one based in the West Midlands and one the Home Counties or London to join our team of Trainers and Implementation Leads. Each post-holder will train a wide variety of clients, around 60 days training per year, and support around a further 40 organisations with in depth help so they can get the best out of the Star. 

About you: 

The successful candidate will be an experienced trainer, preferably with training qualifications and will have consultancy, account management or client-based experience, preferably including supporting organisations through change. You will also have well developed interpersonal skills, able to work well independently and as part of a small team. Experience of working with social care, housing, health or similar sectors is also essential. 

Additionally, you will have good IT skills and be able to keep on top of emails and work on the move. Experience of delivering training in Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused therapy or similar approaches would be beneficial as would experience of implementation of systems or approaches to support organisational change and development. It would be an advantage if you have practice experience in one of the main service sectors where the Star is widely used, for example family and children’s services, mental health or learning disability and experience of using the Outcomes Star from a management or practitioner perspective.
